We Can Make your Property Toxin-Free… And Keep it That WayIf you know anything about H2 Environmental, you know that we’re the experts in detecting and removing hazardous materials (such as asbestos, mold, fungus, and lead) in residential and commercial properties. What you might not know is that we also provide environmental management services to keep your property safe, clean, pure, and especially—compliant with all federal and state environmental regulations. We can provide this service for industrial, commercial, as well as residential properties in the Chino, California area.

What environmental management services do we offer? So glad you asked.

We can train your staff and employees in MSDS awareness; hazardous material detection; operations and maintenance methods; as well as lead, asbestos, and mold/fungus awareness training.

We also offer environmental site assessments for Phase 1 ESA — to ASTM standards; Phase II supplemental hazardous material sampling; AST/UST storage tank leak detection, monitoring, and recordkeeping; AST/UST storage tank removal certification sampling; and environmental impact studies and wetland assessment.

H2 has a hazardous materials communications program that includes MSDS review and maintenance and a fire, life and safety program that will ensure all records and emergency plans are kept up-to-date.

Our asbestos management service includes a facility survey to thoroughly check for asbestos, asbestos air monitoring and construction oversight, and the creation of site specifications for projects that deal with Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM), as well as final clearance monitoring before any area is given the OK for re-occupancy.

The lead management service is similar to the asbestos one, except that lead containing materials will be tested by X-ray, dust wipe, paint chip, soil sampling, and/or water sampling. This service will be tailored to each site, depending on what the needs are.

Indoor air quality issues, including mold and fungus, can also be closely monitored and tested. Individual properties will receive unique plans for remediation, and areas will be thoroughly checked before occupants will be able to live there again.
